McKenna Shook and Dunvegan win BN-B at Warhorse series on 11/09/15

McKenna Shook and her lovely liver chestnut gelding “Dunvegan” aka Duncan, proved their versatility by winning their division of Beginner Novice at the Warhorse Event series finale at the beautiful Carolina Horse Park on 11/09/2015. McKenna led from start to finish and had a big smile on her face at the end of all three phases! This was the pair’s first outing at that level.

Congrats to McKenna Shook and “Dunvegan”

Congratulations to Mckenna and “Duncan” on being a contributing part of the winning Junior Team at the Labor of Love Dressage Show this past weekend. The pair also achieved their 2nd qualifying score for the Region 1 championships at 1st level, as well as Mckenna earning her last score for her 1st level rider certificate.

Genuine Gem earned the Horse of the year in the NCDCTA Open 4th level division with Elizabeth. He also made his debut at the Prix St. George level during the Pinehurst schooling dressage show series, earning a 66% in February. She is fine tuning his performance a bit more in hopes of being able to compete at that level and the Intermediare I level at recognized competitions later this season.
