Big Congrats go out to “Kingsley” who is a sweet 14 yr. old 16 hand OTTB gelding and his new owner Katherine (Kasey) Greene! He is solid in his Training level dressage and schooling all first and 2nd level movements well. He has been primarily used to build several AA and Jr’s riders confidence in the dressage arena including on the lunge line for seat lessons. He jumps small courses and hacks out quietly in the woods by himself and with others in small groups. He evented Beginner Novice lightly with his previous owner and is now enjoying teaching Kasey the ins and outs of both riding outside the arena as well as introducing her to dressage. He is also being half leased currently by Hannah McDiarmid. We look forward to watching them all progress together.
Congratulations to Karen Hahn on her purchase of Classic Copper aka “Lucas” and now known affectionately as “CC” from Katherine (Kasey) Greene. Classic Copper is a 10 yr. old 17.3 hd. TB gelding who Elizabeth had the pleasure of training in 2018 and introducing to the sport of dressage. We wish them a successful time together and look forward to helping them accomplish their goals!
Congratulations to Charlotte Holt on her purchase of “London”, a stunning 7 year old, 16.1 hd. Steel grey Holsteiner/TB cross mare by the Grand Prix Show jumping stallion Laurentino. She won the high score award at the 2017 Labor of Love show in Training test 3 where she scored a 79.77% and has scored above 70% and won multiple other classes as well. She recently debuted at 1st level, scoring a 67.96% in 1st-2 and has been working on all of the 2nd level along with starting her changes. She already does an “auto-change” while jumping, so they should be very easy for her (you can see them in her jumping videos). She is built very attractively, so could easily clean up in the hunter or equitation arenas as well, she went to the Triangle Farms C show and the Finally Farm H/J show here in Raleigh where she was Reserve Champion in the Baby Green Hunters and won her flat class. She is jumping 2’6-2’9 fences quietly including a plastic liverpool, water jump, and small bank, with plenty of scope to go on. Hacks out quietly with others and alone, not spooky. She has been schooling twice to the Carolina Horse Park where she was very well behaved over both the show jumps and small cross country fences. Charlotte hopes to compete her soon in both the eventing and dressage arenas!
“Finley” has been sold to Jennifer Durazzo, who has renamed him “Kingsley” and will be learning dressage on him as well as allowing her niece to take some jumping lessons on him. He is a lucky fellow and we wish them much success together! Attractive and sweet, solidly built 11 yr. old 16 hd. OTTB gelding. Has some experience at schooling BN events, schooled some Novice X-C and attended one schooling jumper show. Has been doing solid training, schooling first level work in the dressage arena, and is jumping 2’9″-11″ here at home. Not spooky, hacks out quietly. Recent digital podiatry radiographs available.
Elastic moving 17.3 hd. 10 yr. old dressage horse for sale. T.B that moves like a warmblood. Lovely expression and great mind. Kind but sensitive. Fabulous gaits with very uphill “rocking horse” canter. Recent front foot radiographs available as well as hocks from original purchase. Total puppy dog personality. Schooling all 1st and 2nd level. Hacks in the forest by himself, ridden in all conditions! CONGRATS TO HIS NEW OWNER; LANE RUTLEDGE
Congratulations to Christine Ilunga of Goldsboro, NC. on her purchase of Toby! Toblerone is a 10 yr. old Black 16.1 hd. Hanoverian and Arabian cross gelding. He is solidly schooling all 1st and 2nd level movements, jumping 2’11-3′ courses nicely and LOVES to go out on trail, through water, up and down banks and over ditches. Just had a successful cross country and show jump schooling outing at the Carolina Horse Park. He also is learning to do a single flying change nicely. He is owned by an AA rider, and has been half leased by both another AA and two juniors successfully. Could be a nice AA hunter, lower level Event and Dressage horse. Has also had young children on him. Owner loves him, but needs to sell due to an unfortunate family health issue which has also prevented her from showing extensively. Currently asking 15K OBO to the right home. Front foot radiographs available. Pics are with 4 different riders. Videos are with Elizabeth, and other videos on youtube at our youtube channel: victoryhill1. [/embed]
Congrats to Kelly Creek-Webb and her daughter Angelica on their purchase of “Zee Cloud”, a 14.1 hd., 8 yr. old registered USDF/USEF large pony (has his USEF measurement card) with lucky “Medicine Hat” coloring, but with two brown eyes. Registered with the APHA so can earn additional year-end awards. Doing solid 2nd and 3rd level movements with an FEI trainer. Shown 1st in 2014 with scores to 72%. Qualified for the Region 1 GAIG’s in the 1st level Open division with a 70% and 71% on 1st test 3. Jumps around nicely over Beginner Novice level show jumps and logs, and goes right through water and over small ditches. Recent successful schooling outing to the Carolina Horse Park and Running Start. Zee has been getting a clean flying change both directions and has a comfortable but “big horse” trot with an 6″ overtrack in the trot, and an expressive canter. See his other videos on our youtube channel:victoryhill1.
“Iceman” is an 11 yr. old 18 hd. grey Percheron gelding, showing 1st level and solidly schooling 2nd. Ice qualified in both the Open division with Elizabeth Moore, and the Jr. division of Training level in 2010 with scores to 70%. He finished 7th in the Region One ABIG championships in the Jr. Training division. He has great expression, is very lovable, hacks out well, and loves to jump. CONGRATS TO: ROSA RENALTER!

Qualified and competed in the 2009 NAJRYRCs as part of the Region 1 Bronze medal team for F.E.I. Jrs. In addition to this, “Bari” and Alison were rated in the top 12 in the country in that division, earning them an invitation to compete at the National Championships at Gladstone, N.J., where they finished 11th. This all in their first year of competing together and Alison’s moving from a pony to a horse! Prior to Alison owning “Bari” he was competed by a junior rider from Canada in both the F.E.I. Jr. division as well as the F.E.I. Young Riders division and P.S.G. with a score of 64+%. Bariton can take his rider this show season to Bronze or Silver Medals and beyond. He has beautiful lateral work and fantastic extensions, along with a wonderful disposition. He is now schooling the piaffe and passage as well as the full pirouettes. Owners have complete set of digital x-rays from his original purchase, as well as a front foot series from 6/10 that were all clean. Shod in plain shoes with very low maintenance. No lease inquiries, please.
17 yr. old, 16.1 hd. black Thoroughbred gelding, “Texas Kahlua” aka “Max,” is a lower level eventing schoolmaster who will totally crawl into your lap. He has competed through Training level eventing and is also now honing his dressage skills with Elizabeth. He qualified for the AECs with his junior rider in 2010. He has three good gaits and should also be competitive at 1st and 2nd level. He is very safe on the trail, completely sound and free of blemishes, lives well with others, has good feet and is shod in plain shoes, and is very easy to handle. He is not for a beginning rider as he is forward-thinking, but would be a perfect move-up mount. Sadly for sale as his owner is now off to college.
